Very special classic cars, treasure troves among oldtimer vehicles, seen at the great Key Museum in Turkey. Presumably one of the best museums of its kind in the world. The museum’s primary collection, founded on an area of 7000 square meters and was born from the automobile passions of Murat and Selim Özgörkey, consists of 76 automobiles and 40 motorcycles. In this primary collection, it is possible to see the journeys of the first models of the leading brands of the automobile world, such as Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Cadillac, and Ford, from the first automobile produced in 1886 until today. More than 2000 model cars in different scales, more than 300 automobile mascots (hood emblems), automobile-themed scarves and a Shell Gas station created with original equipment collected from the early 1900s to the 1960s. Since its establishment, the museum has been working to be a centre of attraction for automobile enthusiasts and those who want to watch the history of the world through the automobile world. Key Museum, which is essential for world museology, also has a powerful accumulation and content for Turkish museology, which is changing and developing. Seventy-six cars and 40 motorcycles constitute the primary collection of the museum.
