Willie’s Mill by James Ferrier

Style of painting: Watercolour

Mentioned in the poem “Deth and Dr.Hornbook”, was this very Mill,

it was the home of William Miller. William was a friend of the poet Robert Bruns. Willie’s Mill was located close to the Fall near Tarbolton. I found this watercolour painting in the Scottish Writer Museum in Edinburgh. Could you guess the value or wert of this work of art? Cheers fellows.Willie’S Mill was painted and presented by James Ferrier Edinburgh, as the frame of the picture says.
